Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Minnesota

I was a poor college kid I met this girl she bought me whole bunch of stuff like 3 grand worth this was in 2006 or 2007 we went out then we eventually broke it off. Now she is like I owe her 3 grand because that is how much she spent on me. Now she saying that she going to take me to court and sue me because she got all the receipts but i was like there wasn't any agreement written on paper but she keep saying she has a case and is going to sue me she stays in minnesota and i stay in florida. Can i be sued does she have a case against me?

Things that are given as part of a relationship without an agreement that they must be paid back, are considered gifts and cannot be recovered later in a court proceeding.
