Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota

Removal of appliances

The landlord turned over the house we are renting to her ex-husband and we were fine with that but there is a problem. she never stated in the lease that she would be removing any appliances from the home. She told us on September 16th, 2005 that she would be coming to get the refridgerator out of the home the following weekend. She never said that we would have to replace or put in any appliances into the home when we signed the lease. And there was not a verbal agreement either. From what I was told by several people and family memebers she can not do that because there is a young child in the home and even if there was not a child in the home it is illegal to do that because there was no agreement made of removing or supplying any appliances. And she also refused to let us repair the leaky roof and she would not have someone come to the home and do it and all the electrical wiring in the home is all illegally done from what an electrician told me. I need some help.
