Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota

security deposit

my landlord has agreed to sub-letting.

The landlord has taken my sub-letters security deposit, and partial month rent that is owed to me. Currently the lanlord is holdin two security deposits for one unit. And is also witholding rent that is due to me. I already paid for the month, and the landlord charged my subletter also.

What type of actions can I take.
