Contacting the Probate Court

The attorney for my Aunt's estate has taken one of her heirs (50%) myself and brother (505) as their client and is treating us as stepchildren. They just informed me that I cannot contact the Probate Court directly -- Las Vegas, Nv. I live in New Mexico. What is the law?

You cannot call the court directly. They just don't have time to answer those questions. I can look at the Court's file and advise you what the status is. I would charge you a fee to do this.
