Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada
If my Father's brother had a will?
My Father's brother died about 1 month ago in Nevada. His girlfriend said he had a will but my Dad has not been able to get a copy of it. How can be find out if he did have a will if she does not produce one. The girlfriend is claiming that she is to get everything he has left. If this is true we would like to see the will.

If the estate is more than $25,000 then the Will would have to be probated and the case would be on line.
