theft
im being charged with theft by unauthorized taking. ive been indicted for the charge. my question is if im innocent, which i am. how do i go about a case so serious to maintain my innocence?

Many employers will not hire someone with a theft conviction. Clearly, if you did not commit the crime then you need to fight the charges. And, it will be a fight.
