lawsuit???
can i sue a big supermarket chain for finding a product infested with bugs after i ate some of it and now i'm having trouble eating?

You can always sue. You will have issues of proof of damages and, depending on the nature of the product, may have issues of proof of liability. You should consult with a law firm that handles product liability claims.
