Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My girlfriends son was taken away by the grandmother,she was given custidy of him.my girl friend never got a letter from court even tho they said it was sent out.isn't court letters suppose to be signed for in order to recieved.what can she do in order to get him back?every time she has to go to court no letters come

No, court letters are never sent my certified mail. I suggest you get an attorney on the case ASAP
