I am pregnant by a married Navy reservist whom is still married...his wife is also in the Navy serving in Italy...He lives in NY...will my child be able to receive his health benefits? Can I file for child support?

Absolutely---You can file in NJ under the Reciprocal Support Act...after the baby is born...
