Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
prenump agreement
my wife cheated on me with my brother around thanks giving. we are married with two children and i am about one month away from buying a home. she is willing to sign a quit claim dead if i get the house but is there anything else i can do to protect myself other than a divorce at this time?
maybe some kind of legal document signed by her that she will not be entitled to anything in the marriage. right now we have no assets and we live in a apartment.

Why wait. If its over, its over. Just get divorced. I see too many people that are afraid to "pull the trigger" and they wind up getting burned. I never push people into divorce and I have mediators that can even work with you to try to patch things up, but if its over, just do it.
