dui program transfer

If I am enrolled in a dui program in california and decide to move to new york, what would be the process and would I have to take a dui program there?

Nice try, no brass ring. Courts typically don't like to allow defendants to use programs in other counties, let alone in other states. You'll have to go to court on a motion to request such transfer. To have any chance to succeed, you'll have to provide the court and the probation department here a complete package on the details of program you want to use, with an acknowledgment from the program that they will accept you.

Feel free to contact for the legal help you're going to need to do this with any chance of success.

There is a possibility of not having to take the class. It would require additional visits to see a judge however. I would advise you to have counsel. My office handles this routinely, if you have more questions or wish to be represented please let me know at your earliest convenience.
