credit card debt
today I was served with a summon by a bank for� $3500.00 plus attorney fees, and don,t know what to do, have 30 days to answer I beleive to court,and would like to know how expensive is to hire an attorney,is a credit card debt. thanks for the help

It depends on your situation and what you are trying to accomplish. Defense attorneys will typically charge by the hour. You would want to see if you can get a consultation for a small fee to go over your situation and see what the options are. Otherwise, you would want to do research yourself and look online to figure out how to fight it.
