Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio

student loan co-signer legal rights

I co-signed for a student loan based upon the guarantee of the parents that they would pay if the child did not. Neither are paying and I am financially responsible for this loan. Do I have legal rights against both parent and child. Can I sue for verbal breech of contract?

Thank you,
