divorce amend spouse support /alimony

divorced 8 months ago my dauther loan for college which my x agreed to pay refuse now and i give her 400.00 a month.

Can the alimony be amend? what form can i file in ohio to amend alimony?

Spousal support can only be opened after judgment if the court has retained jurisdiction to modify it. Check your judgment entry to see if the court has been deprived of jurisdiction to modify. If that is true, then you must file a motion to show ause in contempt against husband for his failure to pay the college loan.
