Petition My Brother
I'm A green Card Holder For three years know,I want to Petition my Brother who he's 14yrs old can i be able to fill I-130 for him he lived in Kenya with my mom but i'm the one i'm taking care of him that way i want to bring him here to lived with me. can i do that or i cant petition my brother unless I'm acitizein.

Yes, you as a "green card" holder are entitled to file a Petition For Alien Relative(I-130) in behalf of your brother who lives in Kenya.
