Deed to house
My mom recently died, my dad and mom's name is on the deed to their home that they own. My dad would like to add my name to the deed. What do we do to make this happen?

Your father may want to do a transfer on death deed instead of a joint deed. Make sure you understand the pros and cons of each.

After the deed transfer to him via certificate of transfer or otherwise, he can draw another deed to both of you jointly.
