No forwarding address for the security deposit
My tenant moved out and left no forwarding address. What is my obligation (OHIO) of trying to locate and return any deposit that they may have coming?

After you have exhausted all efforts to locate the former tenant, you need to contact the county recorder, and inform them you have unclaimed funds that you wish to turn over. They will know what you need to do.
