Police records

Is it legal to refuse to rent to someone who has submitted a police report at your request and there are 2 felony convictions and 3 pages of assaults, resisting arrests, pit bulls at large, and menacing charges?

As long as you do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, and sexual orientation, you are permitted to deny a rental application based on a background check.
