Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have full physical custody of my son. the mother of my son we were never married is from Oregon we had talk about if she moved here in pa that we will have shared custody of my son. my son has lived with me for the past 4 years and been in the same school kinder garden and first grade now going into the second grade his address has been with me she only been here for 6 months . at first everything was going great she had my son 1 week and I have him 1 week for summer I just got on house arrest its only for 2 months for a dui I still get to go to work I get time off to go out on weekends with my son still goes to his grandmother while I work nothing has change in his routine. the week I got on house arrest she pulls the shared custody something I never signed for not sure how that went threw there were several times she kept my son longer then a week and there was nothing I can do the police wouldn't get involve we was supposed to go to mediation on the 15 of this month I got a paper saying it was canceled cause she didn't get a notice saying I received the papers i just found out she enrolled my son in school in the county she lives in i never agreed to it and now she wont bring him back to me

You are going to have to petition the Court of Common Pleas in your County.. Is there an existing order?
