First you need to wait 30 days to be sure they don't appeal to the Common Pleas Court. They can do that as a matter of right within 30 days of the judgment. If they do they get a whole new trial in a court where having a lawyer is almost essential. They'll have one.

If they don't appeal you need to file your judgment with the prothonotary then it's in place the world will check for judgments. After the judgment is filed you can start to go after them.
