I won a judgement for $1100.00 in a civil suit with my tenent in Pennsylvania. How do I collect the money.

In all likelyhood, you won't be able to collect all that. If the person you sued has little or no assets, then there isn't much that you will be able to do. If the person does have some assets, then you could file the judgment and request a sherif's sale,whereby his personal property would be levied and sold at an auction and you would receive the proceeds from the sale. There is an upfront cost for you to have this done, normally around $200, so if you don't believe he has any assets to levy, then you may not want to waste the money. I would suggest that you consult with a local attorney to review your options.
