Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

commission withheld

Can my past employer refuse to pay the commissions they owe me? I quit on April 30th of this year and they refuse to pay me the commissions I earned for that month.

Re: commission withheld

You may want to look at the pa wage collection act.

I believe it provides for attorney fees if the employer fails to make timely payment.

Good luck to you.
