Employee File

I have resigned my position. Am I still entitled to a copy of my employee file from my previous employer.

You must act quickly if you want to see your file. The statute only refers to "employees" which has been interpreted to mean current employees. The Courts have on a few occasions extended the coverage to recently terminated employees.
