Wrongful death lawsuit

I need an attourney from PA to assist me---I need advice on filing a suit against USP Allenwood, where my son's father was murdered in his cell.(My ex-husband) I only have til March 8th-the prison turned down a request for settlement on 9/8/06-

When did this happen? It happened in OHIO therefore it seems you may need an ohio attorney. I do not have enough facts Why do you only have to March 8? Did you have someone representing your son's interest ie an attorney? I take it your son is a minor and therefore any suit would have to be brought by a guardian ad litem. This is a complicated matter. You should contact an attorney at once particularly if March 8, represents the date that the statute of limitation permitting you to file a suit expires.
