removal of personal property

a boyfriend moves into the girlfriend's residence. he resides there approximately 6 months and stores his belongings. they break-up and he moves out, however he refuses to remove his property. what steps does the girlfriend need to take in order to have the property removed and how much time must she give as a notice?

Re: removal of personal property

Until a court decides that the property is abandoned then you can't dispose of it. So visit the local district magistrate and file a suit to have it declared abandoned.
