Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

petition for support

I am a single mother of three kids. My marriage was annulled almost three years ago. my ex has been supporting the kids then but this may of 2007, he did not send any support. he's working in Jeddah, as far as we knew. we knew nothing new of his whereabouts. all i heard was he married the woman already. i am jobless and can not find any work here in our place. since the kids where left on my custody, can i still or,can the kids still file a petition for support from their father?

you can file a petition for custody but if you cannot locate him, the case would not prosper. Thanks
