Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

adultry

What exactly constitutes adultry in the state of SOuth Carolina? My husband occasionally visits strip clubs. I suspect that there is more going on here than simply watching girls dance naked. What is the fine line that would make what he is doing adultry?

Re: adultry

Going to a strip club is legal entertainment, regardless of one's personal opinion of it, and I am not expressing such opinion. Adultery is basically sexual relations with another person. You need more than him simply going to a strip bar.
