Emancipation

I am wanting to find out how I can be emancipated from paying any more support, but cant locate my son. He turns 18 this year but I have no clue if he is even still in school or not. Would appreciate any help with this situaition.

Look at your court order. It will say when your child support obligations end. Its usually when the child turns a certain age, which often it 18, or when the child finishes school. Your order will tell you.
