Determining Child Support Income Guidelines for a Commission Based Salary

I would like to know how I fill out my finacial declaration worksheet for the child support I have to pay. I am currently employed at a job where I am paided on commission. My pay checks vary every 2 weeks. How do I give an accurate portrayal of my income?
