my U.S,A passport was denied for child,supp.debt ! a lawyer can healp me! to get it at the court to reduce the ch.supp.i pay 500 at month for 2 childs

You can hire an attorney to file a motion to modify to try to reduce the current child support obligation. It is harder to reduce arrearges but it can be done if you have an offsetting claim against the other parent such as failure to permit visitation.
