Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Husband died. He had kids in a previous marriage. We accumlated property together does his kids from previous marriage have a legal right to the property we acquired together as a couple ? We also had 2 Kids together. All kids are grown and on their own. He did not leave a will.

yes..you need to probate non testamentary since no will...his children have rights to his share of community and separate property, if any. Visit a lawyer for details..we handle estates also
