Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My mom passed away and left about three life insurance policies. They were to be split 6 ways between her kids. All my siblings got their money but my sister is mad at me and she was the beneficiary on the policies. She has not sent me mine and that was my moms wishes that it be split 6 ways and also to sale her car and split 6 ways. She has the car and only 2 kids want to sell it and 4 says my sister can have it. They don't want to deal with it. Do I have a leg to stand on as far as making her pay me my money or making her sell the car. The life insurance is only about 2500.00 a piece. Its the principal of it. My mom left no will but verbally said this. I live in Arkansas and all this happened in Texas.

Truthfully, if your sister was the beneficiary of the insurance policy(ies) then the money is legally hers. There were much better ways to handle things if your Mom wanted to be sure everyone got an even share. Sorry.
