Husband died. He had kids in a previous marriage. We accumlated property together does his kids have a legal right to the property we acquired together during our marriage ?

Property accumulated during his marriage to you is owned half by you and half by your husband. His children outside of the marriage have a right to some or all of his share of the property accumulated during the marriage.

You are probably the surviving spouse and have a right to live in the family homestead until you die or choose to abandon it.

You need to hire an attorney to assist you in administering your husband's estate and to advise you of your rights.
