Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

I am currently renting a house from my mother. She would like to put the house under my name however she has a loan on the house. I have been paying this loan for ten plus years. Would it be possible for her to do this?

yes, it would not be expensive and go to a local title company lawyer to get it done right..
