Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

child care for my high school freshman

I pay child support for 3 girls, ages 14 (soon to be 15), 11, 7. My exwife is claiming that our soon to be 15 year old freshman is still needing after school care and fulltime summer care. My younger girls tell me that my oldest babysitts occasionally outside the home during the summer. My exwife is claiming to have to pay 2500 for summer care, and the person she gets to pay for the girls is 16 years old. We are going back to court soon and would like to know if i can decrease my child support, which includes child care by stating that my high school freshman no longer needs full time child care and I shouldnt have to pay for her to have fulltime child care?

The judge will decide your issues as well as any others related to the matter which are properly before the court for adjudication in the particular hearing at hand, after each party has had the opportunity to be heard and to present evidence.
