what can i do if ex lives in va, i live in tx with kids and he is court ordered to pay cs and provide ins but does not do that. hasn't seen or talked to the kids in 9 yrs. court order is from va

You can register and enforce the child support order in a Texas court of your county of residence.

You can make application for sevices from the Texas Department of Child Support Enforcement to make a referral in your behalf to its sister agency in Virginia which is called the Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE)for the enforcement of your order.
