Child's name change
My son is in a federal prison and wants to have his son's last name changed to his. He is in the legal custody of my other son. Can he do this from prison and if so, how?

Google Legal Services of Northern Virginia (LSNV); See LSNV forms; some of these are specifically for Fairfax Circuit Court, but you can taylor them for your local jurisdiction. Name change procedures are simple, unless the other parent or custodian opposes it.
