The property settlement agreement (PSA) is a contract which might possibly be subject to recission in behalf of the party who may have been disadvantaged in its execution but it is not a matter normally appealable.to a higher court in and of itself.

The party who has allegedly been disadvantaged should discuss the possibity of having this PSA either rescinded or amended with the attorney representing her or him in the pending divorce or (if not represented) arrange to consult with an attorney who is appropriately experienced and knowledgeable in divorce and property setllement agreement matters.
