Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington
We sold a car to a friend who could not get a loan on her own so she took over the payments. We have a contract with her that she would make monthly payments and be responsible for any damage done to the car. The title and loan is still in our name. A week ago she totaled the car and told us to come get the car because she wasn't going to fix it nor is going to keep make payments. What can we do?

It will depend on the precise language of the contract.
