Chapert 7 vs Chaper 13

If I file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, how soon can I file Chapter 13? How is your payment determined in Chapter 13? At the end of the payment period, what happens to the remaining debt balance?

Easy questions. 1. Anytime, unless you filed a Chapter 7 and a Motion to Lift Stay was filed by a secured creditor. 2. You are required to submit all of your net disposable income to the plan. Net income less reasonable and necessary living expenses.
