cabin renal rules

Hello, I own 2 cabins in WV. I will be renting them out by the weekend. Could you suggest a Website to go to and print off some type of form for the renters to sign before staying in the cabins?

No, but I can recommend that you hire LOCAL counsel to write up appropriate forms for you. You're going to need someone local in case things go bad.

Unless you are fully insured and don't care about damages or liability, I wouldn't turn over any real estate to strangers witnout a properly thought out contract. Save cents now, pay $$ later.
