Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Good Morning, Iam currently on probation and am nearing the end of my term but i am way behind on cost of supervision money, Do you know if it is possible for it to be waved.I have never ciolated my probation and I have been on it for 5yrs.I just havent had the money to pay it off and survive at the same time.If you could please help me I will greatly appreciate it Thanks Roy Robbins of Pasco County of Fl

If you want to avoid violation of probation you need to either work out a payment plan or tell your probation officer if they will set a motion with the judge to waive the costs.
