Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

My boyfriend of a year wants to move in with me. I'm not sure if this is something I want to do yet, but I wanted to find out some information before I make my decision. He is an illegal immigrant and he doesn't have a drivers license ( I found out he was illegal about 2 months into our relationship) I own my house in FL and the mortgage only has my name on it. I make significantly more money than he does, but I would expect him to pay half of the mortgage and utilities so there would be a verbal agreement. If things didn't work out, how would I go about getting him out of my house and how long does the process take?

You'd have to evict him. It will cost you money and if you don't follow the statutes to the letter (and he hires an attorney) you could easily wind up losing your eviction case and be liable for his attorneys fees. You do what you want but this has "bad idea" written all over it.
