My husband and I are in the middle of a divorce. he stills resides on the property. I have started seeing someone else. If I invite my friend over to the house does my husband have the right to call the police to have my friend removed from the premises if i invited him over.

Your husband still has a right to reside in the house. As a result, if inviting your "friend" over causes conflict, the person who would be removed is the person who does not live there. It is always advisable to avoid such cconflicts until your divorce is resolved.
