Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My wife asked me to leave our home in 2011 and like a dummy I did! Now im basicly home less and trying to live on 730 dollars a month! What can I do the house is in her name?

Are you still legally married to her? If so you can file for a divorce and ask the court for relief such as maintenance and equitable distribution.
