Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my kids went to california for the summer to visit with their grandma. it is now time for her to bring the kids back home and she is giving me every excuse no to bring them home. i believe she is trying to keep my kids. it has been 3 weeks over the time she was suppose to bring them back. what should I do??

You could threaten to press charges for kidnapping, but that's ugly. Still, she's obviously wrong for impermissibly keeping your children!

If she will not voluntarily bring them back, you will have to go to California and retrieve them with the assistance of the local police. Best of luck to you in this bad situation!
