hi i would like to know if i add my nephews girlfriend to the deed of one property i own if i decide to remove her name do i need her to do so thats if i add her name to the deed.

When you "add someone's name to a deed" what you are doing is giving them an ownership interest. Once the new deed is recorded, all owners have to sign future deeds or mortgages. No transfers, sales, or refinancing can be done without their signatures.
You should think about what your goal is in wanting to add someone to ownership of a property. There may be other ways of accomplishing the same purpose, without creating future problems in managing your properties.
