Dui

How accurate are the breathalizer test? How much do they count in the court of law? Can you contest the breathalizer and/or the bloodtest.

Re: Dui

These are all questions my DUI clients ask repeatedly. The accuracy is a subject of debate, but the law is that they are generally accurate enough to maintain a conviction. As far as contesting these test you can do it, but you are better off with an attorney that handles these regularly or specializes in DUI law such as myself.

Good luck, if you need any help, please schedule an appointment at my office at your earliest convenience.

Re: Dui

They are your primary proof of guilt, along with the officer's testimony about your failure of the field sobriety test. You can't personally contest it, but your retained medical expert could if there are facts indicating some error or failure. Talk to your attorney about hiring an expert. If you need to hire counsel, feel free to give me a call.
