abuse of dependent adult by family
A 40 year old mentally disabled man is being neglected by family members including his mother. Once being cared for by her, she locked him out and canceled his insurance. Homeless and pennyless due to family involvment and disfunction unable to collect govt. benefits directly becuse of family blocking him. Wealthy but dysfunctional family....
This dependent adult man was once a surgeon. Very sad. Please help.
