Legal Question in Elder Law in California

Can I get copy?

My parents both have passed away, my mother very recently.

Another immediate family member worked with them in setting up a living trust and a will, through an attorney, and is now executor and is making all decisions and is not sharing details about bills, bank accounts, and what is left or my parents estate? This was to be split up equally among all children after all expenses.

I do not know the attorneys name.

Some things seemed to have changed from what my parents told me would happen? maybe for a legitimate good reason? Like moving my parents money into an account under the executor name only and not an account under all of the children? I am the only son am I intitled to all documents and full disclosure from the attorney handling this for my parents?

Am I entitled to get a copy of their will and living trust etc, and can I get bank records and copies of all payments etc from my mom's account and any account which was opened later by the trusty so I can see myself instead of not knowing anything? Please advise me what you suggest. thank you.

Re: Can I get copy?

All beneficiaries are entitled to notice of what is going on and copies. You can check with the court to see what has been filed. If this is in SoCal court, and you want legal help, feel free to contact me.
